BEGINNERS (B / B+ group)
Wednesday 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Sunday from 10:00 to 11:30
These lessons consist of:
- stretching
- strength
- flexibility
- techniques
- sanda
- taolu's fist and weapon
Within our school we follow the established basis that is imposed in the Songshan Shaolin Training Center for Martial Arts. They founded Shaolin international in 2018 with an official basic package of 8 duanwei's (see documents)
The focus is shifted alternately from component to component. Depending on the evolution of the student.
GEVORDERD (A groep)
Woensdag 19u tot 21u en
Vrijdag van 19u tot 21u en
Zondag van 10u tot 12u00
Aan de beginnersgroep wordt vooral de leerstof van Duanwei 1-3 gegeven. In de gevorderde groep wordt de aandacht op de resterende duan's 4-8, gelegd.

NIEUW voor starters
3 maand proefperiode 180€
(Enkel voor instappers / starters)
Indien u niet weet wat Shaolin is en u wil kennismaken of proeven of u de trainingen aan kunt, kies dan voor onze instap formule voor 3 maand op woensdag en zondag. Dit is enkel voor instappers en starters en kan slechts 1 keer gekozen worden.
